Convert logo from PNG to vector with Photoshop

Is there a way to convert a raster logo, from here https://www.eurofloorslondon.co.uk/, to a vector logo, using Photoshop? I only have the PNG file with transparent background, don't have the original file anymore, and would like to use it on a big display on the front of the showroom. Of course, the logo on the website is no good for printing big size. I found it difficult as the orange at the left also has some gradient. Thank you for help.

Did you try Export as, and choose for format SVG?

Use Illustrator. Trace or redraw. There isn't a magic bullet for this.

I just tried, the result was similar to creating a JPG from that PNG, meaning it suffered quality loss. I made it SVG and scaled it 400% and it looked terrible. I imagined it's about transforming raster image into paths and keeping the quality when resizing.

It depends on the quality of the PNG, I had sometimes good results with this approach.

Since it is not the case for you, you'll have to do more manual work. Not sure that Trace will help, mostly I will redraw myself.
