crash when open image with PS

Question

Before I updated to PS 23.5.5, the PS was fine, I could open RAW files, drag and drop each image and copy and paste between files in the PS, then after I updated to 23.5.5, every time I drag and drop images and open RAW files in the PS it immediately crashes (quit unexpectedly).

things I've done and it still crashes:

1. I have tried installing the old version of PS and it still crashes again
2. I have unchecked use graphic processor and multithreaded compositing
3. Reset preferences on quit and it still crashes

I'm using MacOS Catalina 10.15

just found (probably) the root of the problem, which is the camera RAW 15.3

after I installed the previous version of camera RAW (14.5), the problems such as drag and drop and opening RAW files have disappeared
