Creation not printing the correct size

Question

Hello, I am not having luck in printing in Photoshop. My image size is stated as Fit to: "Original size", Width: "3.5" inches, Height "2" inches, Resolution 300 pixels/Inch. When I print to a HP Laserjet Printer the print comes out 1.5 inches by 0.5 inch. I am currently using PS version 21.0.2 on a MacBook Pro running Catalina. I an trying to make my Wife business cards. Any assistance with this matter is greatly appreciated.

What you are looking at is the Image Size and that can differ from the Print settings in the image.

First, let's clear the Print settings in the image:

Press the Spacebar on your keyboard before you click File > Print. This process resets printer preferences that have been written into the image.
