• Which Photoshop version are you currently using? (Go to Help > System Info and copy that here.)

• Does the crop work properly if you perform it manually (without using an action)?

• Could you also share a short video of the workflow showing the issue in action? That’ll really help us understand what’s happening on your end.

Once we have these details, we can check if this is a known behavior change or a potential bug.
