Cubemap to Equirectangular

I used spacescape to make a cubemap but I need an equirectangular image. How do I do it in photoshop (ever image is 4096x4096)

Take a look at Flaming Pear's Flexify plugin. It is designed to do this sort of thing.

I find 360 toolkit is a good option to quickly convert cubemap to equirect. This seems like it would fit in nicely with photomerge in PS.

I'm pleased Semaphoric came up with a plug in. I don't know a way to do this in Photoshop.
