Do I need to uninstall and reinstall Adobe product every time for new updates?

I have instaled some Adobe products and every time I open Creative Cloud app, it shows me that install the apps that I already have it.

New updates will overwrite the current version. For major updates PS 2020, Ps 2021, etc, you should keep the old version, until you're sure the new version works on your system, then you can uninstall it.
