Double-click to edit text not working when textbox is over a frame (even when frame layer is locked)
I have recently started using the frame tool to mask images in my document (rather than using shapes and clipping masks). I discovered that the double-click to edit a text box function does not work if the text box is on top of a frame (in a visual sense and as layer).
The frame layer is locked, so you would think it should not interfer when interacting with the text box.
I then tried turning the frame layer visibility off, then double-clicked on the text box and it allowed me to edit as normal. When I switch the layer visibility of the frame to 'on' again, the double-click on the text box didn't work again.
I have assumed this is some sort of bug. As I would assume that locking the frame layer would prevent any conflict between layers.
