Drag and Drop split screen from dropbox to PS

Does anyone know if the DRAG AND DROP feature will ever happen while in split screen mode?

I would like to be able to have PHOTOS or DROPBOX apps open in split screen mode and simply drag files in to PHOTOSHOP.

I would like to mention that Procreate and Goodnotes both offer this feature.
