I used to see the checkbox to open multiple PS files from the cloud. It is not there. A help document says you can turn that feature on but not how to turn it on...

Hi @thepaulriss

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

How are you importing the files? I am unsure about the checkbox to select multiple files. Do you have a screenshot or file where you have seen this? The standard procedure to open a cloud document is as follows:

In the home screen, tap Import and open to quickly import a document from:

  • Camera Roll: Tap Camera Roll to see all your Camera Roll photos.
  • Files: Tap Files to browse through your file Locations on your iPad. You can add selected files to Favorites and find tagged files under the Tags section.
  • Camera: Tap the camera icon to take a new photo with your iPad's camera and open it directly on the canvas.

Any file imported and opened in Photoshop on the iPad is converted to a cloud document by default.

Please share more details.

Best,

Ranjisha

I'm talking about using PS desktop. I paint things in FR on iPad and then open and save as PNG in PS on desktop. When you open:cloud documents: it used to have a checkbox on each file so you could open several at a time. That no longer is in the open:Cloud Document: window on desktop. The workaround takes a long time because I had to go to the CC on web, where you can select multiple (but only 10 at a time), download them to my laptop and then open them in PS desktop. See the screenshot on PS desktop attached. there used to be a little checkbox to select multiple files like the other screenshot from CC web.
