Entfernen Werkzeug

Community Beginner ,
Nov 17, 2024 Nov 17, 2024

Hallo zusammen,

Are you using the Remove tool ?

Perhaps a screen shot would help us understand the issue.

"When I remove any objects from the area in the sky, there is always a shadow left"

See the recommendation from Rikk FLohr-

"The recommended order for applying edits is:

  1. Denoise
  2. Heal (includes Generative AI Remove)
  3. Crop (includes traditional Cropping, Lens Correction, Transform, or any operation changing the geometry of the image, including round-tripping to PS to use Gen-Expand)
  4. Global Edits
  5. AI Selective edits (Sky, Person, etc)
If you deviate from that, you may see the removed object remain as a ghost image. If this occurs, you will have to use Update AI Settings, which can be found under the Develop module 'Settings' menu."

I assumed you are using Adobe Camera Raw (or Lightroom) for the editing (prior to opening in Photoshop). My post expressed the recommended order in which you do development steps in ACR or Lightroom. eg. if you do an AI sky mask first, then later do some AI healing or Remove, you might see 'ghosting' where you use the Remove tool.

My eyes are not seeing ghosting in your (latest) screen-clips, unless your red outline is hiding a sharp difference. I accept that the 'AI Remove' tool may not be perfect. Have you done an [ Update AI Settings ]?

I tried checking colour values (on your screen-clips) with the 'info' tool in Photoshop and get  almost exact same colour values both inside and outside your drawn circles. Perhaps to a Photoshop expert there may be a visible difference but I don't see it.

I do occasionally experience that tools in the 'Remove' group, Heal, etc, do not work well in Lightroom if the selected area is on an image edge boundary (as you show). The Remove tools in Photoshop may work better that Lightroom & ACR.

But I am out of ideas, sorry.  Keep you thread active and you may get better answers from others.
