Hello,

I lost time with this Error. I can't save for web. Photoshop is updated. See the problem with attached files. Can you help me fast please ?

Otherwise you can try to reinstall the cc with this tool:

We're sorry for the save for web issue. Could you please update Photoshop to the 22.4.2 version via the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and check if that helps to resolve the problem for you?  Thank you for prompt reponse. I checked the update with your link and then restarted my computer without success. (My photoshop always tells me version 20.0.6 after updated. It's ok ? ) 

Do you have other solution with my problem ?
