error code 21

Anyone know how to fix this error??? "OS does not meet the system minimum requirements for this installer". (Error Code:21.) Btw I have updated to latest version Im still facing this issue when trying to complete the installation please help!!!!  This is adobe ps 2022

What is your operating system?  We can see its Windows, but is it Windows 10 or 11, and does it have its updates.

If you press the Windows key and type System, a window will open like this below.  Ideally it would be useful if you could show us a screen shot of this panel, but if you are not sure how to do that, we need to know the info I have highlighted.

Also hit the Windows key again and type Updates, and see if Autoupdates are enabled.
