Für Web speichern – Fehlermeldung bei CS6 | Save for Web - CS6 Error Message

Hallo zusammen!

Hello everyone!

I am in despair and urgently ask you for help. I have installed Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit) and everything worked fine so far. Since about 2 months I can't "Save for Web" anymore. Despite hours of searching in the net and also a new installation unfortunately no change. Just for info: It's neither the size nor the color profile or the color depth of the individual images. Also the file "Save for Web.8be" is available in the folder "Programs-Adobe-Adobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit) - Required - Plus-Ins - Import-Export"!

The item "Save for Web" is active, but as soon as I click on it I get the following error message:

The process could not be completed.

Access denied

Hope you have a solution and can help me. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Many thanks. Just checked that and I have the same permissions as you do. So nothing which would solve the problem. Further ideas?

The error message does not indicate what you are being denied Access to. Be sure you have your CS6 instaler and your serials number.

For the only other thing I can think of trying is to deactivate CS6, uninstall cs6, download install and run Adobe Cleaner, then install CS6 make sure you have your  CS6 serial and if its an Upgrade serial you also need your CS5 serial to Activate CS6.   You then need to install the CS6 Updates and ACR 9.1.1. CS6 is very unstable without the updates.

I´ve already tried Ctrl+Alt+Shift during starting Photoshop and I got that message - but that also didn´t help :-(

And how can I check the permissions of the individual files? Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance!

That a  File System thing. How you check it depends on your OS version. On Windows I check in the Windows File explorer. I find the file in the explorer right  Click on the filename click on properties use security tab find my ID and check permissions.. You do] Folders the same way as files

Any document to any folder? When you use Save for Web does the Saved For Web Dialog Open?

Try resetting you Photoshop Preferences and check you user ID file system permissions for all of Photoshop folders particularly the one with names containg "Save for Web".  My Search seem to show some  Odd ones for my usere ID I have both 32bit and 64bit CS6 installed.
