Hi!
Sharing too many issues that me and my team has been facing with Adobe since 1 month.
Photoshop has many glitches - such as
1. Zooming into my artboard/composition - white patches or underlying layer keeps appearing as pixels. Disturbs working greatly.
2. Copying contents of an artboard into the same file or another file, all the layers jumble up, all groups disintegrate, sometimes, even applied layer style are removed.
Request to look into Photoshop from Adobe.
Illustrator faced a glitch regarding Preview and outline. Despite the file being light, has been crashing and needs repeated recoveries.
On zooming into the artboards, the screen is turning into Outline mode on its own and showing technical issue in converting back to Preview mode.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

@Tejasvi24235857efcm, for your Photoshop issue, try going to Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews and enable “Deactivate Native Canvas” and/or “Older GPU mode (pre 2016)” if that applies to your system. Then restart Photoshop. Let us know if that works.

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews)
and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
And sometimes this helps:
Go to Preferences > Performance..., uncheck Multithreaded Compositing, and restart Photoshop.
Also try this:
Next step would be to go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and enable "Older GPU mode (pre 2016)", then restart Photoshop
Next step would be to disable the GPU in Photoshop preferences, then restart Photoshop
Also consider updating your graphics driver
I hope this helps

@NB, colourmanagement, yes, I asked the OP if trying two of those fixes would work. Maybe we'll hear back soon if that solved the problem.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
(@NB, colourmanagement mentioned that already, though.)

Okay, @Tejasvi24235857efcm, thanks for eliminating those solutions as not fixing your problems. Did you make sure that your GPU drivers are up-to-date? NVIDIA just released an update yesterday, for example. If you haven't already tried manually resetting your preferences, please try that as well by using the steps outlined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#reset-preferences.
You can also post your system info for analysis for us to take a look at it. In Photoshop, under the Help menu, select System Info, and then copy/paste the text in a reply here.

These issues all sound like they are related to your GPU, so please follow the advice from @J E L to post your system info. For your Illustrator questions, start a new thread on the Illustrator forum. One of the forum volunteers there might be able to assist.

Hi @Tejasvi24235857efcm sounds like a GPU issue if its affecting both apps.
Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

Thank you, @jane-e, for pointing that out. I honestly wonder if my posts here are shadow-banned or something, since this seems to happen to me quite often. I'll suggest fixes and before the OP can reply, others come along in a short span of time and suggest the very same fix… it's as though they aren't seeing or reading my replies at all. I realize two can sometimes offer the same idea at the same time and then post before seeing the other. But that isn't the case here. If the reason I am being dismissed is due to my style of communicating suggestions, I'm more than willing to hear comments separately on how my responses might be improved. Otherwise, I think it's important to the Community that we do our best not to step on each other's virtual toes in the middle of trying to assist users. My apologies to @Tejasvi24235857efcm for taking this thread off-topic. Please know there are several of us here who truly want to find solutions for you!

It looks like I may have been merged into this post or something weird is going on with the forum. When I replied I was the first and only on the OP. Now I'm in the mix with everyone.

I just sorted by date: the first three posts were on May 28, then one on May 29, one on May 30, and the rest today. I reviewed posts from the OP and do not see a duplicate post, so I have no logical explanations for you!

@J E L Good point, but perhaps in this case the OP will see multiple experts advising the same fix and thus be more likely to try it?

Let me respond with three additional points for your consideration, @NB, colourmanagement:

Problem not resolved in the latest updated. The issue is being faced by many. Never expected Adobe (undergoing so many glitches throughout all apps) leaving such bugs unattended..!
