Files have very large size

Hello everyone,

My friend has an issue when am savig files of photoshop, the file size is quite big and he tries to send it to others and they complain the size is very big for such small drawing, this is a sample he also have others with bigger sizes it it a problem from his side or whats the issue exactlly.

i have attached the version he's using as well.
