Question

folder structure in actions

I have created a number of actions. When I batch process them I want them to save pictures in the same sub-folder hierarchy as the source folder.

So I tick "keep folder structure" in the Image Processor dialog box. Photoshop created all those sub-folders in the destination folder but not saving images in them.

Instead, it creates another folder (with the name "images") and save all those files in that folder only.

Can anyone suggest/guide how I can fix this problem so processed pictures get saved in the sub-folder(inside the destination folder just like source folder)

If I can understand your request then my suggestion is to use Image Processor Pro https://sourceforge.net/projects/ps-scripts/files/Image%20Processor%20Pro/v3_2%20betas/ instead which is free to download and use. It is more powerful script for batch processing with option to save in same location without to create subfolder but to keep original files. There is also option to create folder inside folder then to select it for destination, script won't create additional folder or subfolder.

I do not understand what is going on nor what means error message. Here are steps to install IPP, there are multiple files that needs to be installed or pasted in apropriate folders https://www.dezigneasy.com/2015/11/image-processor-pro-and-photoshop-cc.html
