Generative Fill stuck?

anybody else having this issue with generative fill being used to remove an object but it just keeps spinning and never shows any results? PS version 25.7

Oh yes many times!

You could use the remove tool for this sepecific task better than GF.

Also I noticed that it understand better "erase" than "remove", but one never can know for sure…
