Generative fill

I am unable to use generative ai since morning. It keep propmt error saying "we're facing an issue now"

An enterprise account is a business/corporate account with many users managed by an internal IT resource. From what it sounds like you may have an issue with the photo you are using. Can you share an example?

in fact, any of my photos is causing this issue. BUT!!! If I remove people from the photo... fill the empty space with content aware fill .. and then I generate the needed element, than it is ok. But if there is a kid, or my wife as a model (nothing nude!!) immediately I get the error.

I have the same problem! after and right before the update today. No generative AI is working...

After every update AI is back to childhood I think...

Same here. Didn't have the error until today but all of the sudden it doesn't work with v26.0 and v26.1. I'm relying on it to work.

Same for me. Been at a standstill all day. Finally started googling to see if I was alone or if I should be freaking out. Looks like it's all of us experiencing this. Fingers crossed it's fixed before tomorrow. I can't go two days without working. I'm massively backed up now because of the holiday rush!

Same here, not working. Oh what a surprise, I'm crunched for time and Adobe craps out yet again. Really cutting into my career at this point it's unbearable. Considering cancelling at this point, if I even can without having to argue with a service representative.

Hi all, we're noticing the same on our systems and have escalated with Adobe. Hope to have more information soon. In the meantime I would check status.adobe.com to see if an update comes up.

Uninstalling/resintalling will not make a difference - Firefly AI is dependent on server connections, cloud, etc. all online issues nothing to do with anyone's local setup.

This has been going since about 7am and it's almost 3pm now PST. I've been thhhhhhhiiiiisssss close to chucking my Mac and then felt bad for the Mac because it's not its fault that Adobe is slowly making my lose my mind. 

 

Fingers crossed they get this fixed fast. I'm in a bad spot if not.

Not sure if its helpful but the Firefly site appears to be unaffected. You may be able to use the Generative Fill function ("inpaint") to remove or add selective areas. Also the Remove tool seems to still work as well.

UPDATE: Please try now and report back if you still are experiencing issues. The server connections appear to be restored and I am able to generate in PS again.
