when i try to use droplet im getting action is damaged and can't open message when using droplet.
underneith of that is says the file was downloaded on an unknown date.
it's giving me the same message no matter what drive im pulling images from.

Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more specific info about this, and I'll help you figure it out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > upload and attach here.
Before troubleshooting, update Photoshop to the latest version via the Creative Cloud desktop app. Have you previously used Photoshop (beta) on these machines? Was a different version of Photoshop used to create the Droplets? Droplets target the version of Photoshop that was installed most recently.
Could you try recreating the Action and the Droplet again using the latest version of Photoshop and checking if the issue exists?

Hi @Sameer K I too have been encountering the same trouble with the damaged droplet as the pop-up claims. I tested it again (Mar 7th, 2025) on both "photoshop beta v26.5" and "photoshop v26.4.1" and ended up with the same result. As you suggested, I've attached the system info text doc and some window screengrabs for you reference.
