GIF saving problem

New Here ,
Apr 27, 2020 Apr 27, 2020

Hello ! I try to make a gif. When it's in my timeline, everything works perfectly. But when I save it, it looks like this: the first image is the good one, but then all the others are just white frame while it should be the rest of my pictures completing the gif... I don't understand why. Could someone help me? Capture d’écran 2020-04-27 à 17.00.41.png

»I try to make a gif.«

How exactly do you do this?

Could you please post a screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Timeline, Options Bar, …) visible?

Also one with the Sace for Web dialog.

Thanks.

Have you tried trashing the file »Adobe Save for Web 13.0 Prefs« from the user Preferences yet?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Try reducing your image to its size to be exported using Image > Image Size, then export (rather than % resize in the save for web dialogue. (Remember to step back in history panel after exporting the gif to get your full image size back.)
