Moving with hand tool is not working on Vanishing Point Preview window and transforming tool layer is not working properly.

    I upgraded to the macOS Sonoma Developer Beta version. The issue with Vanishing Point not working in Photoshop has been fixed.

        I have the same problem, I couldn't find help anywhere. I tested it on a MacBook Pro 2015, and everything works - the error is with the new macOS.

          I'm running on MacOs Sonoma and Photoshop 2024 v25.0. 
          Also when I paste the content for the grid, the transform bounding box is not aligned with the object.
