Hi,

In your screen shot, you did not show the Options Bar--and the Options bar is where you can delete the stroke:

With your Shape selected, click on the Stroke Option in the Options Bar, and select None. See the image above.

Let us know if that works, or if you are still having the issue.

In your Pen toolbar, You should be able to select either the Fill or Stroke Swatch to select how you want it colored. If you want not color or fill, you can select "no fill" in the upper left.

Select the layer and shape you want to edit.

Select the pen tool

make the swatch change in the toolbar and it sould make the change for you.

Let us know if that helps!

Hello, I  was using a white stroke with a color fill for one file. Then I noticed that photoshop saved that when I was doing a different file I was using fill with black stroke but I had a white inner stroke or outline. I don't know exactly what it is supposed to  be called...... I can't figure out how to get rid of the inner white stroke line that is shown in your image with the suggestions given on this page. The last resort would be to erase the shapes and start over. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Hi!

Do you have any styles applied to the Shape layer in ad? It sounds like you might have two stroke Styles associated to that shape.
