 Hi everyone!
I have to do an exercise for a course project. I have to replicate the first image, but I found the ''vawe'' part a little tricky. I have the second image I attached as material.
how can I get this result??
Thank you so much!!

If you are asking about the sweeping lines, then you would use stroked paths.

Make the first path with the Pen tool

Creat a hard round brush and set size jitter to Fade.  I have used a Fade value of 2000 with brush spacing 10%

Stroke the path by right clicking and chosing Stroke Path and select the Brush tool. Note you need to set up the brush before this stage. which gave me this

For the tappered at both ends strokes, change brush size jitter to Pen Pressure, and when you stroke the path, make sure Simulate Pressure is selected.  Not I have made the path extend outside the image boundery....

...so that the brush line covers the entire page (almost)

Use layer styles like outer glow to finish the effect

Does that help?
