How do i deblur a car licence plate "urgent" plz

My bag was stolen by this guy and i couldnt seem to find anyway to clear the liscence plates of this car. Please anyone that can help with it

Have you discussed this with your local police department? They may know of a nearby camera that got a better description. They might also have professional tools to get the exact information.

I did! They were of no help at all, and said they didn't have the technology to do so - to be honest, I don't think they were really trying to help . I'm going to visit another police station tomorrow to see if they can help. I just wanted to see if there was any app/program I could figure out to identify it or if there was anyone on this forum that could potentially figure it out. They said if I could identify the last four numbers, they would be able to identify the vehicle, so I'm hoping I can get a few numbers.

Your camera hopefully has an accurate time stamp. I looked at it and this is no different than an out of focus photo. There is just no information there.

Maybe not.  I just had a go with the Range Rover that is full light, and the result is even worse

I have a few in light!! I thought the other ones were closer and a bit more clear, so I used it for the post - but I didn't consider the lighting! So the last four numbers may be 9444? If the last four numbers are for sure 9444, I can use it to identify the driver!

Its still almost impossible to unblur the plate.  And keep in mind, Trevor is making a best guess with what he has in regards to the numbers.  It may be something to start searching,  but I wouldn't act as though the number is definite

I am looking for help to see if the number plate of this car could be identified. I appreciate the photo is poor quality. I have the video, but also I do not feel is great quality. Asking on behalf of a friend who is desperate to identify who has stolen his dog.

I can't get any bearing as to what is on the plate.  I don't think its possible to enhance enough to get the number

Quite possibly.  Someone might be able to isolate a frame where numbers might be more visible

Hi. Was there anyone that helped you in your case? My grandmother was scammed by someone and the mall's CCTV Footage is too blurry we cannot see the license plate.  I have a copy of the video with and I can email to anyone intrested just let me know. Thank you.

Abambo​, Will you ask legal staff to give us the proper response to all of these same requests. I was told early on to not accept any of these for many reasons. Legally, we place ourselves and others in jeopardy especially if we help the wrong party. Sad stories are difficult to turn down and they are coming in batches. Joan, in reality I've never seen any examples of these where Photoshop can help make out a plate that cannot be read without. Our brains are very good at reading with minimal information. So if our eyes and brains can't see it - then chances are there is nothing there to see.
