Given that there are hundreds of images...

How will you match up a specific file with a specific person‘s name in the spreadsheet? How much work would this take?

Is the filename the name of the person?

Does the filename contain say the initial letters of the person? Such as 123JS.tif – where JS stands for John Smith?

Will the position/colour of the text vary?

Is there any face tagging metadata in the image?

my problem is solved using data set.

but if there's a tutorial for these which you mentioned it would be great to watch them as ill sure need them in future.

Hi. Another option: You can use the metadata info of pictures for create captions in InDesign https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/captions.html
