How to add holes to car bumper and make sure IT looks good?

Hi

i have two bumpers one without parking holes blues bumper and second with parking holes silver bumper. Could you teach me some fast method to add holes from silver bumper to blue bumper?

Here are 2 Photos of each bumpers. Holes are marked on image. I was strugling myself to find tutorial on internet

If you are going to use the photo of the blue bumper as is (with the same background). The hole will be the color of the background. The wrought iron rail and partial street show in the hole of the gray bumper. Below I have inserted a photo with the light blue (current background) showing through the hole.

I would select the area on the grey bumper, use Layer via Copy, make into at smart object, adapt shape and size as required, clip adjustments layers to it to amend colour
