How To Auto Run Scripts?

Hi~:

I have make a script that export psd data and images.but this cost a lot time, so it will be great if i can leave a computer only for this work.

So I want to make a script that receive a psd file when some one send it from other computer, when the file is downloaded successfullly, then auto run Photoshop script and watting response. How should i write this part of script? Shell,python,js,php... is all ok.

I have not tested, however, I believe that the two scripts from Paul Riggott that I posted in that topic are complete working scripts?
