How to change RGB values of the image when it is opened

I wanted to change the RGB value of an image I am working on but could not find the way.

Example: I opened the Photoshop and opened an image. Then I want to change some color for that the easy way is to just type the RGB values of my choice to get the particular color.

Any help in this regard will be much appreciated.

Thank you

If you want to just type in the values, I would create a solid color fill layer and set the blend mode to color. Of course, you will have to mask out the areas that you don't want changed.

There are a lot of ways to change colors, can you post an example of what you're trying to change?

Thank you very much for your reply.

This a smaller version, though I got PSD large file. I want this color like a gold example:R255,G223,B0. or any reasonable values. Thank you

Do you understand that you are working with pixel data? Each pixel has a colour value, and you will need to change that colour value for each pixel. This means that you need to understand well the different operations yo can apply to an image, like selection, layers, layer arithmetic etc. Photoshop allows you a lot of this and most of it non destructively.
