I have the following AI generated image:
The AI is getting pretty good, but notice how the two sets of windows on the right have very different color temperatures. Additionally, the windows on the right are brighter than on the left despite the sun apparently shining through the left window. Is it possible to select the blue-tinted window (and the overall area that is being lit up blue) and tweak the temperature of just that area? And then is it possible to change the overall brightness of the windows on the right and their immediate vicinity? Thanks!

You can use masks to change color temperature and brightness. Perhaps converting layer to Smart Object then opening in Filter > Camera Raw Filter can do the trick. Use Camera Raw masking option in combination with Temperature slider and lets say Highlights slider, at least start from there.
You can create multiple masks in Camera Raw filter.

Adjustment Layers (like Hue/Saturation, Curves, Color Balance, …) with the appropriate Layer Masks could be helpful.
