Hi

Sorry pretty new to Photoshop and sure its easy to do, I have a landscape picture I want to print to fit a curved Lamp shade, So the image needs to be like an horseshoe shape, Using Warp and Arc does seem to work. The shade if 30cm around the top 88cm around the bottom and has 13cm length from top to bottom edge. Thanks

Calculate and build a pattern shape first. You can do that by drawing up a cone and using a bit of trigonometry. So you will get an outer circle of radius 19.72cm and an inner circle of radius 6.72cm. Out of that take a piece of 104 degrees arc. That is the "horseshoe " that you need to construct using paths to make a shape which you can use as a guide.

Once done add your image as an embedded smart object and warp it into shape using Edit transform warp. First get the corners aligned then add additional segments to align the centres.
