How to disable Floating Window content 'bounce' animation in Photoshop

Recently I installed the newest Photoshop version (2022) and there is this annoying animation on the floating window that I don't know how to turn it off.

The animation I am talking about is when you click and hold the edge of the window trying to resize it and the content inside has this 'bounce' animation.

I have no idea if it's a Photoshop or a Windows 11 animation.

I found out how to fix it.

You need to to go to Edit>Preferences>Technology Previews and uncheck everything except "Deactivate Native Canvas" and restart your Photoshop.
