How to Enable "Live" Brush Cursor?

Hi. I have Cintiq and am using a brush with tilt sensitivity. It works well except for one thing.

When hovering with the stylus, the cursor image correctly reflects the angle of the stylus. However, when I contact the stylus to the display to start drawing, the cursor freezes it's current angle, and doesn't update until I lift the stylus. I can still change the angle of my brush while drawing, but it's the cursor image of my brush tip that does not reflect that angle. How do I enable this feature so the cursor remains responsive to the tilt?
