How to install Photoshop without using Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Dear all, i'm new to annually subscriber Adobe Creative Cloud. I want to install Adobe PHotoshop, but unfortunately i should install it in Adobe Creative Cloud Destop App.

And when i wait for installing, my Creative Cloud Destop App stack on loading its content.

1. Is it possible to install it without Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App?

2. If it possible, can i still login to my Adobe Subsribtion Account in Photoshop?

Stop and go back. Install the CC app standalone first.

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html 

Then once the CC app is installed, open it, sign in and install Photoshop from there.

Yes, i did it, i clean install all off adobe apps, then install Creative Adobe App First. And start this Adobe Creative Cloud CC. and it always loading and loading without stoping.

anyone please??? Until this night i can not install Adobe App.
I have tried https://helpx.adobe.com/mt/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html but no success, when i open Creative Cloud Desktop it just showing loading.. and loading....

I want to contact Adobe Service, but i see that there are just for enterprise subscribtion.
