how do you make rounded edges in photoshop? I assume it has something to do with

the rectangular marquee tool.

As i remember in previous photoshops there were additional options beyond the

hard corners.

A great way to create and control round corners in Photoshop would be using the Rounded Rectangle tool inside of your vector shapes. Here's a video walking you through the tool:
