I am not able to open my Photoshop 1990-2022

Hi,

I'm working with Windows 10. Recently, I have installed Adobe Photoshop 1990-2022. But the error report dialogue box always appears when I open. So that I could fix the issue, I entered my mail ID. I haven't received any mail, though.

Please assist in finding a solution.

Hello, I would first try to recreate the preferences files, by holding CTRL+ALT+SHIFT as soon as you click on the Ps icon to start it.
If it does not work after you get the prompt to recreate preferences, I would uninstall, then reinstall Photoshop.

One small detail: there is no shuch thing as Photoshop 1990-2022...
