I can no longer use the Remini plugin

Hello, I can no longer use the Remini plugin for some reason. It says "Acquired," but when I try to download it, it says "Not Compatible" in gray text. I have Photoshop installed on my D drive—is that the problem? Or what is it?

Let me guess, you are acquiring a plugin from Adobe Exchange. https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/57ce87f0/remini-ai-photo-enhancer. The last update was in 2023. Have you tried contacting the developer?
