I can't export artboards to files because of a printer problem

When I'm in Photoshop and I go to export my artboards to files, it gives me this error and then crashes Photoshop. This is a reoccurring issue that I keep having after sending multiple technical reports to Adobe. I have deleted all old printers in my Windows, let Windows access my printer, restarted Photoshop, restarted my laptop, and Photoshop is all updated. I have gone through the forums from back in 2021 until now and have tried everything. It's surprising how big of a company Adobe is and there are continuous problems with their programs after multiple reports go in.

Does anyone have any type of solution for this?
