I cannot open my 3D file. I remember that it was working about 1-2 months ago, but I don't know why I can't use it now. I use PS 2020

I was going to suggest that yo u might be using a recent version that no long has the 3D functions, but it looks like you do if you using 2020. Is there a reason you are not using 2022? That's the latest version that still has the 3D tools, and is being kept available so far.

I use Photoshop 2020 because ChatGPT said it's the best, but right now I still can't fix the problem.

Hey! Just a heads up—Photoshop’s 3D features have been gradually phased out and aren’t supported in the newer versions anymore. In fact, depending on your OS or GPU updates, even older versions like Photoshop 2020 might be affected.

If your system or drivers have been updated recently, the 3D engine may have stopped working. You can double-check by going to Preferences > Performance to see if your graphics processor is still enabled.
