I need help with CR/Bridge.
Using Bridge, I cannot open a jpeg in Camera Raw.
Message:
Camera Raw editing is not enabled. Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature.
I have logged out, then in -- no change.
I have changed my password -- no change.
I have logged into Adobe.com
PS shows me as logged in.
Are both current? What version numbers?
Bridge should now be at 9.0.2, and Photoshop at 20.0.3.
The ACR version in both should be 11.2.

Thanks for the reply. However, the information on that site is not helpful, in this situation. I have cleared my cache/cookies/browsing history, which is what happens when I close my browser and I have manually removed all the above, over and over, but I am still getting the error message. As before, I am logged in through PS & both PS and Bridge are running. I assume that both Bridge and PS are qualifying products, and that my password is good, or I would not be able to log in. This my be an update glitch and will fix itself in the near future (which happens quite often) but in the interim If any further hints come to mind, I would be grateful. This is the second day, now.

That did it. They are now at 9.0.2 & 20.0.3. All is well, now. Thank you.

What happens if you open the .jpg in photoshop, and he use Filter >> Camera Raw Filter.
If that works, I would make the layer a smart object first, so you can edit the camera raw settings.

Hi Elza,
I got this message for a day or two in the Fall. I had installed PS 2019 but wasnt’t really using it yet, and I think I figured out that I had to open a different version of Bridge — when I did, everything worked again. Which version of each are you on? And which versions of each are installed?
