When I press (F) for full screen mode (the one you see menu bar) I get a black screen.

I tried resetting preferences but no joy.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

Hey! Your answer just fixed the problem I was having with full-screen mode on Photoshop 2023!

Every time I had it on, a black rectangle would flicker over the image.

For some reason, Photoshop 2022 doesn't have the same problem.

But in 2023 had to choose »Deactivate Native Canvas«  I don't know what caused this problem but my graphics card seems to be fine..... (I hope)

Thank you for the solution.  I Hope Adobe notices this issue since PS 2022 works fine.
