The image is merged after I open the psd file by using KEEP LAYERS and ok.

What to do? It's easy:

Save a copy of the image to a secure place.

Then open the image with "Keep layers" and "Normal mode" and see what happens.

I'm sure it will not let explode your Mac.

    But here keep layer only and normal mode option is not available here.

    Ask the one who gave you the file with which program it was created. Ask him/her which blending modes are used on which layers. You could compare the names and he/she could deactivate the blending mode and send you the file again. Maybe someone knows how to find the matching Photoshop blending mode. First and foremost, it's important to get the unflattend file.

    That file is created by me. I know how to use blending mode. The file saved by me yesterday, I am trying to open the psd from today morning but the file is not opened clearly till now (it's open like a jpg) there is only one layer.
