Buongiorno a tutti..

Hey, @vincenzo_3710. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. We'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here

In Photoshop, press & hold the CTRL + ALT key, go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw Preferences, and select 'Yes' when prompted to reset Camera Raw preferences.

After this, clear the GPU info & Logs location on Windows is %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw. A shortcut to get to this folder on Windows is:

  • Press the Windows + R
  • Enter %APPDATA%\Adobe\CameraRaw
  • Rename the GPU & Logs folder in this directory by adding .old at the end. (GPU.old & Logs.old)
  • Launch Photoshop & Camera Raw again.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
Sameer K

Others are seeing this too:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/camera-raw-filter-and-more-not-working-rando...

I'm pretty convinced this is a Photoshop bug (perhaps in the GPU code) - but a very elusive one and the problem is to find a reproducible case. I'm seeing it, but unpredictably and I couldn't say exactly what triggers it. Sometimes it works correctly for hours, sometimes it fails after the second or third file. But it always works on first launch.

Every version up to 25.9 works correctly. It started with 25.11 and 25.12.
