Hey, I have an old CPU and it seems that I have trouble running PS versions older than 2020. There are work arounds and tricks but I would like to have a stable system. I wonder if there is a way to install version 2020 and then use for the long term. I understadn that this version is not supported anymore but I am willing to accept such terms. I only use PS for private purposes and on a very small scale. PS 2020 would be a perfect solution for me. I wonder if this is possible.

You can download CC 2019 from here https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2019-direct-download-links.html

Just click on the chat icon, bottom right, I never had to use it myself but I think you have to type Agent to get chatting with a real person.
You may need to disable cookie blockers if you're not seeing the chat icon

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

or Twitter:

Hey Gad, thanks again for your tip about ProDesignTools. It has worked well. However I have a question. A few minutes after downloading and installing PS from ProDesign I got a phising attempt on my cell phone. It may just be a coincidence but I seldom get such text messages. Are you sure ProDesign tools is dafe? Why would Adobe allow its sw to be freely distributed when they seem to be very keen on not supporting any versions other than the official ones? I have asked formal permission to download PS 2020 and have been turned down within seconds. What is your view? Thanks again.

ProDesign Tools is a safe site.
It is just a coincidence that you received that phishing attempt.
The owner of the site is an Adobe Community Expert (not an Adobe employee, but a forum volunteer) on these forums.

Hi
Yes they are safe, check out the about us https://prodesigntools.com/about-us.html
@ProDesignTools is a member of the Adobe Community Experts, just like myself, his name is Jim, he runs the site, you can PM him if you have any concerns, I wouldn't recommend any site unless I was 100% sure it is safe.
