Interpolation Transformation settings: Pixelated "stairs" in free transform

Seems like eiterh photoshop updated its settings in the current CC versions or i accidently changed something.

When i rotate or scale any image, i see weird interpolation steps. (See screenshots)

Does anybody know where that comes from? I checked the general interpolation settings (bikubisch automatisch) and the setting in Edit > Image size, which is also bicubic/automatic.

Thank you!

You are posting image that have been quickly zoomed to 335% by Photoshop displaying  Transform's Preview not the actual interpolated image and it looks like you may have set photoshop default interpolation method to nearest neighbor. And have not converted the pixel layer to a smart object layer so you can repeatedly play around with different transforms without accumulating quality loss.  You can do better.
