I have chatted with a dozen Adobe Tech trying to "assist" me with Photoshop, which this program is still not working!

I am so freakin frustrated!

Adobe need to get it together, this is ridiculous!

We are happy to try and help but can you provide some specific details about the problem?

Good Morning Michael,

Yes, I continue to receive an error message each time I attemp to change my fonts on a project or the entire progrom freezes.

I am so frustrated with the techs I chatted with through the Adobe support service. It seems all they do is go into my graphi card and fiddle around to resolve the issue temporarily.

More information needed:

What does the error message say?

Are specific fonts involved each time, or is it with lots of differnt fonts?

Like you I am frustrated.

But what I find worst, is the fact you never get a corporately integrated update on things going wrong, despite an avalanche of feedback on this forum.

Thus we are all waiting for something to happen, but not knowing when and what 😞

But why don’t you provide meaningful information?

After update 23.32 on PC, Running Windows 10, my Character Font window keeps jumping like carzy when scrolling down the font list. Look in tghe JPG below how the fonst shift from left to right as I scroll down with the mouse or with the side scroll-bar. Oh and trying to use the side scroll-bar makes things even worst since the entire font window keeps resizing while my mouse is on top of it.

Also, I cannot expand any sub font styels for more than a fraction of a second. The dreopdowns keep closing almost imediately so I cannot see or select the font styles like Bold, Italic, Narrow, Condensed etc.
Very frustrating to use use and choose fonts now!!
Thanks alot Adobe!!!

Also, try turning off as many fonts as possible in Windows. You may just have a bad font.
