Is there a way to move the colour panel in Photoshop?

Sometimes when I bring up the colour panel to use the dropper, the colour panel sits over the area where I want to sample the colour from so I can't get to it. Is there a way to move the colour elsewhere? I can't seem to find a way?

You'll want to hold down on the tab with the word Color to move it.

You can drag the panel away to move it to a different location

    Hi. Thanks. Sorry but I mean the box that comes up when click new colour fill solid colour on right side of screen. Like on this photo.
