January 23, 2023 Photoshop 24.1.1 update continually fails to download.

The latest ( 24.1.1) continually fails to download, I get an "Adobe Server" error, screen snip attached.  It has downloaded all other updates with no issues whatsoever.  Internet is fine, with

 

no firewall issues.  

 

Is anyone else experiencing problems with this update download?

Windows 11 x64

I ended up closing all applications, rebooted my computer, and tried again with the update, it downloaded and installed with no problems.

    NO firewalls blocking the connection.  Bridge downloaded and installed just moments before with no issues at all.
