Keep getting error message when I have the right system requirements

Error message: "Your device doesn't meet the minimum system requirements for Photoshop on the web, or you may be in a private or incognito browsing mode. Performance may be negatively impacted." I've gone through the whole list of recommendations and my system fits the spec, but I am still getting the error message

@Daniel251180190dol have you tried using a different browser, checked to see if there are any browser extensions that might be causing the issue, are you using a VPN

Ged, my wife talked me into getting NordVPN. Mainly for the phones while travelling, but it went on everything.  It was a giant PITA.  eSIMs would not work on the phone, and I was getting constant failures to connect on my Windows 11  system.  I completely uninstalled it from my devices without telling my wife.  She eventually did the same because she was unable to log in to her newspaper subscription.
