Magenta Cast - I'd been printing from Ps for about a year, when a few month ago I started getting a strong magenta cast both in the preview and the actual print. I have read all the posts so far on the topic and nothing has solved the problem. I am not double profiling. I usually let the printer manage the colour and I set the colour adjustment to driver matching. But I have since tried to let Ps manage the colour and matching the colour adjustment accordingly. I've also tried using the paper ICC profile. Nothing works either in PS or LR. I am using Windows10, latest version of both PS and LR and Canon Pro10 printer. I have the latest driver and firmware for the printer. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it. If I bypass these editors and just send the picture to the printer from the desktop, I don't have this problem, but the colours are not consistent. Sometimes they are very close to what I see on screen and sometimes they turn cooler or greener. I am pretty much at my wits end. I wish at least I knew if it was a problem with the printer or something else in my system.

If it was a printer problem, why would it only happen only on this computer and only from PS and Lr?

Thanks for the reply Akash. I found the solution after trying everything on the internet:
You have to select "HIGH" in print quality; otherwise, the printer will not use all the ink cartridges. The problem happens when you leave it on "standard", which has always worked for me with previous printers.
This was buried in a post from a paper supplier, I believe Red River and only applies to Canon Pixma Pro-10 or Canon printers.

Thanks, but it definitely is not my problem. My setting is on definitely on high quality.

Maybe try this test:
Download the FREE Adobe Color Print Utility that allows one to print without color management.
Open up the color reference image I suggested in Photoshop.
Use Convert to Profile and select your paper profile and rendering intent. That image should be saved and it is now in the output color space.
Load it into Adobe Color Print Utility and print: Magenta or good?

Here is some general Adobe [Mac and Win] info on printing problems,
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-printing-problems.html
Simple reset: hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs
if that doesn’t help -
Perhaps try resetting Photoshop preferences?
Resetting restores Photoshop's internal preferences, which are saved when Photoshop closes. If they become corrupt then various issues can occur.
Here’s some info on how to do that:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html
And
You may want to backup your settings and your custom presets, brushes & actions before restoring Photoshop's preferences.
Here is general info that: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#BackupPhotoshoppreferences
Also take a look at the following article and check if that helps:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/printing-color-management-photoshop1.html
Preferences file location: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/preference-file-names-locations-photoshop.html
It may even be time to reinstall Photoshop.
Its recommended that you use the Adobe CC cleaner tool to remove all traces first.
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Uninstall Photoshop BUT make sure to choose the option “Yes, remove app preference”.
Once that process finishes, start the installation process and look into the “Advanced Options”. Uncheck “Import previous settings and preferences” and choose to “Remove old versions”.
I hope this helps

Unfortunately, I was never able to solve the problem. I figure something got skewed between my computer and/or Photoshop and the printer. It was only happening on that computer and then only when I put the image through PS.
