Hello,

Basically, the photoshop CS6 (64bit) was no problem to run at window 8.1.

After I bought new laptop and installed photoshop CS6(64bit) at window 10, the menu and icon is too small to see.

Please find the below screen shot.

It will be appreciated to help me to solve this problem.

The problem is probably not Windows 10. The problem is likely your new laptop. I would be willing to bet that your new laptop has a high DPI screen. CS6 was written before those things existed.

You have a couple of options.

You can either do a bit of a Google search for ways to make Windows show things larger (this will likely result in Photoshop buttons appearing a bit blurry, but at least they're large enough to see) or you can get a newer version of Photoshop that is designed to be run on high DPI screens.
